This local artist continues to make amazing strides. She floored a Toad audience with a powerful mix of folk psychedelia with nods to singers from Neil Young to Lucinda Williams. The integrity of her music was striking, as was her patient delivery. Flanagan debuted songs from her next album, which will be out in May and was recorded with Dave Minehan at Wooly Mammoth Studio.
